Thank you Mayor Gaskin and Columbus Fire and Rescue Chiief Duane Highes for teaching our first graders how they and others can help their community.

In late September, students listened as Columbus Mayor Gaskin read excepts from "Just Help," by Sonya Sotomayor. Fire Chief Hughes gave interactive tours of a large ladder truck and told stories from long ago. After which, students played on the jumper as part of the fun!
